The Output Options screen will display when you select Preview in the following places:
•Resource Management under the Initiative Management folder on the Analysis and Design tabs and Cited Resources screens on the Develop tab.
•TNA and TMD Resources screens under the Training Data and Initiative Locations folders.
•Develop tab, when selecting:
oAn individual Table of Contents item
oA Sheet
oThe Instructor Guide or Participant Guide options under the Documents folder
•Implement tab, when generating the Assessment Package, Instructor Guide, Participant Guide, or packages that contain the IG, PG, or both.
•Resources screens.
The Output Options screen allows you to select the Document you wish to generate, and may also give you additional options for your output as described below.
You will see the Output Options screen when you select Preview on the Resource Management screen and any Cited Resources screen on the Develop tab. •When no resource is selected, you have no options available on the Output Options screen, as it defaults to the All Resources output in the Document field. •When a resource is selected, you can use the Document drop-down to select which output to generate: oRelated Materials Report that lists every place within the initiative where the selected resource is cited or used. oImpact Report that lists every place within the initiative where any previous version of the selected resource is cited or used. oAll Resources spreadsheet listing all cited resources. Document The Document can be selected from the drop-down to generate the output. Depending on what you selected prior to getting to this screen, you may not be able to change the document to generate. Select OK to generate the selected document, or select Cancel to return to the previous screen. |
You will see the Output Options screen when you select Preview on the TNA and TMD Resources screens under the Training Data and Initiative Locations folders on the Analysis and Design tabs respectively. •When no resource is selected, you can use the Document drop-down to select which output to generate: oUnused Resources Report. A spreadsheet that lists all resources in the Resources table that are not cited in the selected areas in the initiative. On the Locations tab, you can choose to check for resources not cited within storyboards, design considerations, test instructions, and skills, along with the default elements, sheets, practice and assessment test items (including the test item’s references area), but listed in the Resources table. oUnlisted Resources Report. A spreadsheet that lists all resources cited in the selected areas in the initiative and that are not in the Resources table. The Locations can be selected by checking the checkboxes next to a location. By default those locations that are typically required to be listed in the TNA or TMD Resources lists (elements, sheets, practice and assessment elements are checked automatically. You can choose to include the resources cited in the Storyboard, Test Instructions (Grading Instructions, Proctor Instructions, and Participant Instructions), and Skills in the Unused Resources Report or Unlisted Resources Report. Select OK to generate the selected document, or select Cancel to return to the previous screen. |
You will see the Output Options screen in several places: •When you select Preview after selecting a table of contents item on the Develop tab, you can use the Document drop-down to select which output to generate: oInstructor Guide - a PDF document for the instructors to use to instruct/teach the initiative. You can choose which of the delivery methods of the EO levels to include. oParticipant Guide - a PDF document for the participants to use while being taught. You can choose which of the delivery methods of the EO levels to include. oAssessment Test Items - a PDF document that includes all the Assessment test items for the selected table of contents item, including answers and reference information. oPractice Test Items - a PDF document that includes all the practice test items for the selected table of contents item, including answers and reference information. •When you select the Instructor Guide or Participant Guide under the Documents folder on the Develop tab and the select Preview. •When you select any of the following on the Implement tab under the Printed Guides or Training Packages groups: oInstructor Guide - a PDF document for the instructors to use to instruct/teach the initiative. You can choose which of the delivery methods of the EO levels to include. oParticipant Guide - a PDF document for the participants to use while being taught. You can choose which of the delivery methods of the EO levels to include. oInstructor Guide Package - a zip file that includes the IG and IMM to use by the instructors to instruct/teach the initiative. You can choose which of the delivery methods of the EO levels to include. oParticipant Guide Package - a zip file that includes the PG and IMM to use by the participants while being taught. You can choose which of the delivery methods of the EO levels to include. oILT Package - allows you to select the delivery methods of the EO levels for the IG and PG separately. oAssessment Package - a zip file that contains a preset number of Assessments and corresponding Answer Sheets, along with the Testing Plan, Proctor Instructions, and any required Media (IMM files). When selecting a Terminal Objective Level or higher (e.g. Course or Module Level) or from the Implement tab - Delivery Methods TabFigure 377: Table of Contents Item, Instructor Guide, Participant Guide, and Package Output Options - Delivery MethodsTab For the ILT Package: IG Delivery Methods and PG Delivery Methods List the available Delivery Methods of the EO levels that can be output for the selected document. You can choose any combination of delivery methods to output in the selected document. If you don't select any delivery methods, then all EO levels and all delivery methods will be output in the selected document. Select OK to generate the selected output, select Cancel to return the previous screen. |

Use the Document drop-down to select which output to generate: •Sheet to output a single sheet. •Related Materials Report that lists every place within the enabling objective level (e.g., Section) where the selected sheet is cited or used. Use the Document drop-down to select which output to generate: •Assessment Test Items that includes all the assessment test items for the selected Assessment Object. •Assessment Package that contains a preset number of Assessments and corresponding Answer Sheets, along with the Testing Plan, Proctor Instructions, and any required Media (IMM) files. You will see the Output Options screen when you select Preview on any of the Resources screens. After making you selection(s), select OK to generate the selected output, select Cancel to return the previous screen. •When no resource is selected, you can use the Document drop-down to select which output to generate: oAll Resources spreadsheet listing all resources with all the details in LEAD for each entry. oUnused Resources spreadsheet listing all resources that are not cited anywhere in LEAD. •When a resource is selected, you can use the Document drop-down to select which output to generate: oRelated Materials Report that lists every initiative and place within each initiative where the selected resource is cited or used. ▪Impact Report that lists every initiative and place within each initiative where any previous version of the selected resource is cited or used, provided you selected not the latest version of the resource. ▪All Resources spreadsheet listing all resources with all the details in LEAD for each entry. ▪Unused Resources spreadsheet listing all resources that are not cited anywhere in LEAD.
