What can you do on this screen?
Only designated users with a Customization privilege have access to the Customizations screens, where they can customize your LEAD experience. This includes the following:
•Under Reports - select
to generate the Locations/Lists Listing spreadsheet that details all initiative locations and list items for easy review.
•Under Customization > Lists:
oResource Sub-Categories - to manage the resource sub-categories.
oProficiency Levels - to manage the proficiency levels that display in the task analysis and for the objectives, for each of the three learning domains (cognitive, affective, and psychomotor).
oTask Analysis Content - to manage the task analysis content that shows on the Training Task Analysis sub-tab for the tasks in the task analysis for any initiative.
oSchedule Event Types - to manage the events that can be chosen for a schedule in the Training Management Document on the Design tab of any initiative, specifically the following types:
▪Class Types - for theoretical and cognitive events, like lectures or discussions.
▪Laboratory Types - for skill and psychomotor events, like shop or field work.
▪Assessment Types - for all assessment or test events that are graded (non-graded assessments like quizzes can be created under Class or Laboratory event types).
▪Other Types - for all other events that you need to account for in your schedule, like administrative time or lunch.
oComments - manage the options that display on the Comments screen, specifically the:
▪Status drop-down for a comment.
▪Priority drop-down for a comment.
oBefore Text - to manage the options that display before a resource on the Develop tab of any initiative.
oIntervention Types - to manage the options that display on the Type drop-down on the Library > Interventions screen.
oStatus of Training - to manage the options that display on the Status of Training drop-down on the main sub-tab for the tasks, subtasks, and steps in the task analysis for any initiative.
oType of Training - to manage what shows on the screen that opens when you select the Type of Training link on the main sub-tab for the tasks, subtasks, and steps in the task analysis for any initiative.
oTest Item Delivery - to manage what shows on the Test Item Delivery drop-down on the test item editing screen on the Initiatives > Develop tab.
•Under Customization > Business Rules - to manage the business rules that apply when you change the Status of an item.
•Under Customization > Default Text - to manage the default text that displays in some initiative documents, as well as standard system email messages.
To return to your Standard user, select [Your User Name] > Standard.
