How to Create a New Version of an Approved Initiative

To version an approved initiative:

Select the initiative in the list on the Initiatives > Initiatives screen.

Select Create New Version NewVersion-Blue.

Make any required changes to the details and Save them, or select Cancel to return to the list of initiatives without creating a new version.

This may take a little while to process. Once the versioning process is complete, the new version of the initiative will be listed and ready for you to edit as required.
