User Selection

On the User Selection screen, you can limit the search to specific initiative owners.

Simply check the box in the Sel(ect) column next to the relevant user(s). If you don't select any users, then the initiative search will not be limited to any specific initiative owners.

Select View Table-Viewto open the User Detail screen to confirm you are selecting the correct department.

Select OK to accept your changes, or select Cancel to return to the Initiative Search screen.

Details on the User Selection Table

No

The number (No) column provides a sequential count of the entries, which is not attached to the entries themselves.

Sel(ect)

The Sel(ect) checkmark shows that a user has been selected. To unselect a user, just select the box again to remove the checkmark.

User Name

The User Name column lists the user name: last name, first name.

Role

The Role column shows the role that the user has been assigned. Users with restricted access show Restricted after their role.
